If you currently using the Alert Summary Report, we strongly recommend that you switch to the Incident Summary Report after upgrading your CA DataMinder enterprise.
This because there are several problems with the Alert Summary Report in the current CA DataMinder release. For example, if you remove users or groups from the current report specification, the underlying userIDs continue to be used to calculate report results. Also, the Show Excel button no longer works.
Shows how many times a user (employee) has caused a trigger to fire during a specified period. You can use this report to search for details of captured events associated with a specific user, group or trigger, incoming or outgoing events, or events captured over a specific period.
Note: The Incident Summary Report replaced the Alert Summary Report in the iConsole standard reports in CA DataMinder 12.0.
