Do not specify file names when you set up Data In Motion triggers for print events. The concept of a file name is not valid for CA Data Protection print events. For example, a user can print a single page from an unsaved (and unnamed) document.
Therefore, do not change the default value of the Top Level File Names setting when configuring print events. This setting is included in each Data In Motion trigger.
