Backup Tasks for SQL Server

Note: Backup and recovery procedures have been tested using Microsoft SQL Server 2000. These procedures may work

If your CMS uses a SQL Server database:

1. Back up the master encryption registry key.
2. Back up your SQL Server database.

   Please refer to your SQL Server documentation for details.

3. Back up your CA Data Protection data folder.
