Integration Procedure for IBM Content Collector

Integrating CA Data Protection with Content Collector involves the following tasks:

1. Install the Content Collector archive agent on your IBM Content Collector host server.
2. Configure IBM Content Collector.
   1. Add the required user-defined metadata.
   2. Set up the CA Data Protection task routes.
3. Allow the CA Data Protection Import Web Service to access archived attachments.
4. (Optional) Configure the CA Data Protection web service to use SSL.
5. Deploy your CA Data Protection policy engines.
6. Add CA Data Protection smart tags to Content Collector Emails.
7. Use the Remote Data Manager (RDM) to retrieve archived emails from Content Collector.
