Integration Procedure for IBM DB2 CommonStore for Exchange

Integrating CA DLP with IBM DB2 CommonStore for Exchange involves the following tasks.

1. Install the following IBM and CA DLP components:
   • Oracle 9i client or IBM DB2 Run-Time Client.
   • IBM Information Integrator for Content.
   • Universal Adapter.
   • Remote Data Manager (RDM) and the CA DLP IBM Content Manager Interface.
   • Import Policy.

   Note: It is assumed that IBM DB2 Content Manager and IBM DB2 CommonStore have already been installed.

2. Configure the following CA DLP components:
   • IBM DB2 Content Manager
   • IBM DB2 CommonStore for Exchange
   • Universal Adapter
   • RDM
   • Import Policy
