This card hosts the Network Processor, the administration CPU, and two APC CPUs. This card typically occupies the lower slot.
You connect to this Ethernet port to manage NBA operations and when importing captured data onto the CMS.
These DB-9 ports are used when initializing the NBA. They are the Auxiliary port (4a) and the Console port (4b).
Only the LEDs for port pair s0.e0 and s0.e1 are relevant to NBA operations. These LEDs show the state of the hardware bypass.
