Integration Requirements

Note the following requirements for integration with Enterprise Vault.

• Enterprise Vault: The EV archive agent (wgnsev.dll) must be installed on the Enterprise Vault host server.
• Microsoft Exchange: The EV archive agent can only process emails extracted from journal mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.
• Logon account for hub service: You must provide the policy engine hub service with the PE domain user credentials—see step 4 below.
• RDM: You must install the RDM either on the Enterprise Vault host server itself, or on an EV Administration Console. When you run the installation wizard, select Enterprise Vault from the archive list
