Auto Starting Console Controllers

There are two logical names for auto-starting the console controllers and ENS after stop/id command:

• ENS - Autorestart

  DEFINE/TABLE=CONSOLE$LOGICAL_NAMES CONSOLE$RESTART_ENS TRUE

• Child - Controllers' Autorestart:

  DEFINE/TABLE=CONSOLE$LOGICAL_NAMES CONSOLE$RESTART_CHILD TRUE
