Assign CONSOLE DAEMON and CONSOLE CTRLs Quotas

For most situations, the process quotas for console processes are adequate. However, under conditions of very high stream of events, very large number of remote connections (100+), or a very high number of interface actions, the following console logicals can be set to improve performance. These values should only be used after consultation with CA. Use the following command to define these logicals:

CONSOLE$PAUSE_BEFORE_ RECONFIG_MULTIPLE	Assign number of seconds to wait before reconfiguration. This is used in conjunction with the child controller ID to prevent reconfigurations of all controllers at the same time.	Reconfiguration of an individual controller is (idx value) seconds.

Use the following logicals to assign the initial size and extension size of the associated files. This is normally done when the user knows there will be a very high number of entries. This will help prevent the files from being extended multiple times, thereby reducing the efficiency of the system.

Use these logicals when there is high burst events traffic to prevent loss of data.

These values are used under conditions of high stream of events, very large number of remote connections, or many interface actions to the ENS process.
