Specifies the time limit, in minutes, that an application with events queued to it is allowed to listen for the events before the application is disabled if disable mode is turned on, or when an SVCDUMP is taken in warning mode. The minimum value is 0 and the maximum is 999; the default is 10; a value of 0 disables the time limit.
Note: A value that is too low can result in CAIENF applications with a low dispatching priority being erroneously disabled. A value that is too high can result in high virtual storage utilization.
