As a tenant administrator, you can perform activities in CA CloudMinder, named tasks. The following list specifies common tenant tasks, and where to find additional information on each task.
Note: In the CA CloudMinder Online Help, information is provided for both the tenant administrator and various types of system administrator. The Online Help topics referenced in the following items are designed to assist the tenant administrator.
You can customize the look-and-feel of your CA CloudMinder home page, including the title, logo, and footer links. For more information, see Customizing the Tenant Settings.
You can make self-service tasks, such as the self-registration and forgotten password tasks, available to users through your corporate web site. For more information, see Allowing Users to Self-Register.
Note: Your system administrator configures the details of your self-service tasks.
Note: Your system administrator configures roles for delegated administration. As a tenant administrator, you assign these roles to create additional administrators.
Note: Your system administrator configures the details of your services. As a tenant administrator, you assign these services to grant sets of entitlements to users.
You can request and view various preconfigured reports. For more information, see Running a Report.
You can create, modify and delete groups. For more information, see Groups.
You can create password policies that control the composition and pattern of user passwords. For more information, see Password Policies.
You can create email that users receive in various circumstances, such as a confirmation email following self-registration. For more information, see Email Notification Policies.
