Change CA Embedded Entitlements Manager Password in Windows NT

Change the Windows NT password in the system where you have installed CA Embedded Entitlements Manager.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Windows system where CA Embedded Entitlements Manager is configured with administrator user.
  2. Click Start, Windows Security, Change Password.
  3. Provide the old password and the new password.
  4. Confirm the new password.

    The CA Embedded Entitlements Manager password is updated in Windows NT.

(Windows NT) Update CA EEM Password in EntMon Global Dataset in Project Austin

Update the CA EEM password in the EntMon Global Dataset that is located in the Project Austin folder in CA Process Automation.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to CA Process Automation as an administrator.
  2. Click Library.
  3. Expand the Project Austin folder.

    Note: If the folders list is too long, type Project Austin in the search field under Orchestrator.

  4. Select the Austin folder.
  5. Right-click EntMon_GlobalDataset and select Edit.

    EntMon_GlobalDataset content opens in a new window.

  6. Expand the EEM Configuration folder and select EEM_EIAM AdminPassword.
  7. Update the Value field to change the password and click Save.

    Password is updated in EntMon_GlobalDataset.
