Verify PAM Service Log on Configuration

Log in to PAM Orchestrator nodes or machines one at a time, and perform the following procedure for all nodes.

Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Windows services.
2. Right-click the service CA Process Automation Manager Orchestrator and click Properties.
3. Click the Log On tab.
4. Ensure that the option This Account is selected and the administrator credentials are set.
5. If the credentials are not set, do the following actions:
   • Select the option This Account.
   • Provide the administrator credentials, and click OK.

   Note: The administrator credentials must be as it is for all the servers. For more information, see Password Management.

6. Restart the service.

   Note: If the option This Account is already selected and the administrator credentials are set, you need not restart the service.
