Troubleshooting

This section details how to trouble shoot and follow the best practices while implementing CA CSDP.

PAM UI does not start after deployment.

PAM UI does not start after the OVF template is deployed.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to OSS-PAM2 and shutdown the server.
2. Log in to OSS-PAM1 and restart the server.
3. After you restart the server, validate whether the UI appears in OSS-PAM1.
4. Start OSS-PAM2 and validate that the UI works properly on the machine.
