Deactivate and Activate the Discovery Server Probe

After you disable IP validation and set IP validation to Ignore, you must deactivate and then activate the discovery_server probe.

Follow these steps:

1. Open CA Nimsoft Infrastructure Manager.
2. Click MaaS-Central-Robot.
3. Under list of probes on the right hand pane, select the discovery_server probe.
4. Right-click the probe and click De-activate.
5. Right-click the probe and click Activate.

   The discovery server is set to use the new IP address.
