Stop CA Spectrum Connector

Shutting down the CA Spectrum Connector is the first step in adding the CA CSDP servers.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to CA Service Operations Insight.
  2. Click the Administration tab.
  3. In the left tab, expand Administration, Connector Configuration, and the CA Service Operations Insight hostname link.
  4. Click the name of the CA Spectrum Connector.
  5. On the right side of the page, click stop, and wait for the Connector Status to display Offline.

    The CA Spectrum Connector stops and you can log off.
