Test the Service

After you subscribe to a service, test the availability of the requested service.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the service portal.
2. Click Requests, Manage Services, Test Service.

   The Test Service form opens.

3. Select a service.
4. (Optional) Enter the email address of the recipient.
5. Click Submit.

   A confirmation message appears.
