Manage Services › Collect Service Usage Details

Collect Service Usage Details

You can collect the details that are related to customers and the services they consume.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the service portal.
  2. Click Requests, Manage Subscriptions, Collect.

    The Collect form opens.

  3. Select a service.
  4. (Optional) Enter the email address of the recipient.
  5. Click Submit.

    A confirmation message appears. The system emails you the list and details of the services the customers are consuming in an XML format.
