Inactivate Services

You inactivate a service to revoke access from the customer. You can activate as required, for example, when a customer makes a bill payment that was overdue.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the service portal.
  2. Click Requests, Manage Services, Maintain Service.

    The Maintain Service form opens.

  3. Select a service.
  4. Select Inactivate from the Action drop-down list.
  5. Click Submit.

    You receive an email confirming that the service is inactivated.
