Activate Services

You activate a service to make it accessible to the customer.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the service portal.
  2. Click Requests, Manage Services, Maintain Service.

    The Maintain Service form opens.

  3. Select a service.
  4. Select Activate from the Action drop-down list.
  5. Click Submit.

    You receive an email indicating if the activation was successful. The email contains a link that directs you to CA Process Automation to complete the task.
