Verify the Prerequisites

Before you configure and monitor the HM alerts, ensure that you:

• Have a working knowledge of the Client Automation infrastructure
• Understand the HM architecture and basics
• Upgrade the existing infrastructure with Client Automation Release 12.9
• Install the Alert Collector.
