Reason
DTS agent is running in FIPS-only mode and has received a request which does not use FIPS-compliant encryption.
Action
The computer that is sending the transfer request is using legacy version of Client Automation. Upgrade the legacy Client Automation component so that it uses and accepts FIPS-compliant encryption.
