Reason
DTS command line interface (CLI) is operating in FIPS-only mode and is trying to send request to a DTS Agent that is a legacy version and does not support FIPS‑compliant encryption.
Action
Upgrade the legacy Client Automation component so that it uses and accepts FIPS-compliant encryption.
