Session Menu Options

After you successfully establish a Remote Control connection, you can switch among the Remote Control, Session Recording, and Chat session options.

Follow these steps:

Right-click an active session in the DSM Remote Control tree.
Use the following menu options:
- Disconnect
- Session Recording
- Show Chat
- Show Full Screen
- Show as Separate Window
- Scroll Mode
- Color Reduction
- Send Special Keys
- Clipboard
- Device Redirection
Alternatively, click the corresponding button, if available, in the Remote Control toolbar.
