View and Manage Incidents (Service)
Use the incidents page to view a list of incidents associated with the service. From the incidents page, you can:
- Create new incidents.
- Reassign selected incidents.
- Convert incidents into tasks or projects.

Follow these steps:
- Open the service.
- Open the Properties menu, and click Incidents.
The properties page appears.
- View the list of service incidents associated with the incident.
