Edit an Action Item

You are the owner of action items you create. As the owner, you can modify or delete an action item.

You can modify the properties of a personal action item you create from the action item properties page. For an action item assigned to you by another user, you can update only the status.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Home, and from Personal, click Organizer.

    The action items list appears.

  2. Complete the following field for the action item, and save:
    Status

    Specifies the action items status for each assignee.

    Values: Open, In Progress, Closed, Deferred, Done.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Home, and from Personal, click Organizer.

    The action items list appears.

  2. Click the name of the action item to open it.

    The details page appears.

  3. Click Edit.
  4. Edit the action item fields, and save.

    The updates to the action item are complete.
