Organizer Overview

The Organizer provides you with a central access point for all of the action items, tasks, calendar events, processes, and alert notifications to which you have been assigned or invited. This allows you to see the big picture from a single location without having to access different areas within CA Clarity PPM.

Use the Organizer to do your daily work. The Organizer contains the following tabs for you to access different functional areas:

• Action Items. Access, view, and manage all of your action items.
• Tasks. View and track the progress of the tasks to which you have been assigned.
• Calendar. Manage calendar events that you create and those to which you have been invited.
• Processes. View, run, filter, and delete the processes to which you have access.
• Notifications. View your received alert notifications.
