New users receive an email notification with their CA Clarity email address as the user name and a temporary password for logging in to Salesforce.com. The email address is appended with a time stamp in case the user name exists in Salesforce.com.
They can use this login to access CA Clarity Agile and change their password. A CA Clarity Agile Enterprise Edition license is required for each unique Salesforce.com account that is a CA Clarity Agile user and linked to a CA Clarity PPM project.
