Configure the Servers
To continue operations, configure the servers.
Configure the Application Server
Follow these steps:
Configure MSMQ to Work in a Cluster
- On each CA Business Service Insight Application server node, delete any queues in the Private Queues storage folder.
- Verify that the MSTDC resource is clustered.
- Create and configure an MSMQ resource and group (virtual server) by opening the Cluster Administrator program.
- In Action, select Open connection to cluster.
- In Cluster or server name, select the Application cluster name.
- In the console tree, click Cluster Group.
Add MSMQ Resources
- Click File, New, Resource.
The New Resource Wizard opens.
- Type Clustered MSMW in Name.
- Select Message Queuing, and click Next.
- On the Possible Owners page, click Next.
- On the Dependencies page, under Available resources, select the resource with Network Name as the type, and click Add.
- Select Disk S (the resource of type Physical Disk) and click Add.
- Click Finish.
- Bring the Clustered MSMQ resource online.
Add General Resources
- In the console tree, click Cluster Group.
- Click File, New, Resource.
The New Resource Wizard opens.
- Type Clustered Computer Management in Name.
- Select Generic Application, and click Next.
- On the Possible Owners page, click Next.
- On the Dependencies page, under Available resources, select the resource with Network Name as the type, and click Add.
- Select the Clustered MSMQ resource, and click Add.
- Click Next.
- Type mmc compmgmt.msc in Command Line.
- Type %windir%\system32 in Current Directory.
- Select Use Network Name for the computer name and Allow Application to Interact with Desktop.
- Click Next, and click Finish.
- Bring the Clustered Computer Management resource online.

Add Internal Resources
Note: Most of the resources are present, but the resources have the old group names. Revise your group so that they have same names as the installation from scratch names.
- Click to File, New, Resource.
- Add the following resources:
- Oblicore - Tomcat 6
- Oblicore - ACE2 on JBoss Application Server
- Oblicore - Adapter Listener
- Oblicore - Alerts
- Oblicore - Dashboard
- Oblicore - Log Server
- CA Business Service Insight -Services FQDN
- Oblicore - PenaltyWriter
- Oblicore - ScriptHost
- Oblicore - Tasks Host
- CA Business Service Insight - Services Public Cluster IP
- Oblicore - ReportsScheduler
- Add Oblicore - Current_Status_Engine resource to CA Business Service Insight-Current Status Group.
- Add Oblicore - PSLWriter resource to the CA Business Service Insight-ACE1 Writer Group.
- Add Oblicore - Current_Status_Engine resource to CA Business Service Insight-ACE2 Worker.
- Add Oblicore - PslWorker1 resource to CA Business Service Insight - ACE2 Worker Group.
- Bring all resources online.
