MS Word Add-in

If the CA BSI tab does not appear on your local copy of Word 2010, you must install the MS Word Add-in in order to use its features.

Follow these instructions to MS Word Add-on.

  1. From the CA Business Service Insight installation folder, double click on the CA BSI Booklet Addon.exe file.

    The installation wizard opens.

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Open Word.

    The new CA BSI tab appears on the ribbon.

Notes:

  1. The installation wizard stops if you do not have .NET 4 installed on the client machine. Install NET 4 and then double click on the executable file again to restart the wizard.
  2. You can also find the installation link on the CA Business Service Insight web UI.
