Deactivating a User

The default status of each new user is Active. To deny a User access to CA Business Service Insight, change the user status to Inactive.

Follow these steps:

  1. Click Edit button next to the name of the user you want to deactivate.

    The User Details page opens.

  2. Select Inactive in the User status drop-down list.

    This user can no longer access CA Business Service Insight.

    Note: You can reactivate a user by selecting Active in the User status drop-down list.
