Activating a User

The default status of each new user is Active. If the status was changed to inactive, that user cannot access CA Business Service Insight.

To activate a user

  1. Click Edit button next to the name of the user you want to activate.

    The User Details page opens.

  2. Select Active, from the User status drop-down list.

    This user is now active and can access CA Business Service Insight.

    Note: You can deactivate a user by selecting Inactive in the User status drop-down list.
