Create a Data Loading Form

Data Loading Forms are created using the Data Loading Forms wizard, which is composed of the following steps:

• General: In this step the user gives a name and description to the form, sets who the owner is and who are the permitted users.
• Designer: In this step the user designs the form using the available controls or by selecting from an existing event type.
• Mapping: In this step the user maps the input fields to the event type fields.

To create a data loading form

In the Data Loading Forms page, click Add New. The Data Loading Forms Wizard page is displayed.

Note: Use features in the dialog to edit, delete, duplicate, search and view details for the data loading form.
