Creating a Booklet

To create a booklet

  1. From the Main Menu, click Reports, Reports Folder.

    The Reports Folder page opens.

  2. Click Add New and select Booklet.

    The Booklet Properties page opens.

  3. In Name, enter a name for the Booklet.

    Note: Use descriptive names for Booklets for easy identification in the Reports list.

  4. In Description, enter a description for the Booklet.
  5. In Template Name, select a template from the drop-down list.

    -OR-

    Click Upload to browse to the location of a locally-stored template.

    Note: You can view the selected template by clicking View.

  6. In Contract Party select a contract party from the drop-down list.
  7. In Contract Context, select the contract to be included in the Booklet from the drop-down list.
  8. In Folder, select the folder to which you want to add the Booklet from the drop-down list.
  9. In Owner, select the owner of the Booklet. A user or user group that is the owner of a Booklet can view the Booklet in the list of saved reports and modify the Booklet, if required.
  10. In Permitted users, select the user who is permitted to view the Booklet from the Available list and click the arrow, or double-click the user.

    The user moves to the Included list.

  11. In User Parameters, select the parameters, by checking the appropriate check box, for which you want to have the option of selecting values when generating the booklet.
  12. In Scheduling, click Edit to schedule the Booklet.

    The Scheduling window opens. For more information, see Scheduling a Booklet.

  13. Click Save to save the Booklet and return to the Reports Folder page.
  14. Click Cancel to stop the process and return to the Reports Folder page.
