Booklets are comprehensive weekly and/or monthly reports. In general they are created by service providers and sent to the service receivers.
Booklets differ from the standard out-of-the-box CA Business Service Insight reports; they are generally created in Microsoft Word or PDF format and frequenntly contain additional comments, executive summaries and action plans are in order to communicate the status of the provided services to the customer.
CA Business Service Insight includes booklet templates which can be configured and scheduled for different customers or services or any other supported parameter. This enables organizations to drive standardization throughout the company, dramatically reducing the time required to define and execute customer-facing service delivery reports as mandated by the agreements in place.
Parameterized Booklets: You can use booklet parameters to create generic booklets to be generated for different instances. Moreover, the same report can be reused in multiple booklets as the report content is also filtered by the same parameters.
