Delete a Service Level Template

You can delete a Service Level Template.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Template Library page, in the left pane, click on the desired Template Library or Template Folder.
2. On the right pane, click next to the Service Level Template you want to delete and select Delete.

   A confirmation message opens.

3. Click Yes. The Service Level Template is deleted.

Note: You can delete several Service Level Templates at once by selecting the check boxes next to the Service Level Templates you want to delete.
