Notes Tab

This tab enables the user to write comments about the contract.

Note: A note can be written only if the contract is Preliminary.

The Notes tab is equipped with a rich text format editor that enables the user to enter information in RTF format (Rich Text Format). The editor supplies the following capabilities and is configurable:

• Fonts (colors, size, bold, italic)
• Bullets, numbering, new lines, tabs
• Hyperlinks
• Tables (by copy and paste)
• Images

Note: To apply formatting properly (e.g., bullets, numbering, font type and font size) select the entire line (or sentence) and then apply the formatting using the formatting tools.

Including images in exported notes

To include images in exported notes, go to Administration, Site Settings, Advanced, Configuration, Contract, Export. Set the Support images placed in the note field when generating booklets (Y/N) parameter to Y. Images are now supported in Notes and an Image Manager button () is added to the Rich Text Editor toolbar. To import an image into the note - click the Image Manager button.
