You can view calculation results that help you understand the roll-up schemes. You can get to the origin of a problem, understand the reason, solve it and prevent the problem from happening again.

The roll-up calculation method and the reason for the contract party's red severity can be immediately deducted. The two metrics in one service have red severity and because the worst case roll-up method is used, the contract party's severity is red.

Indicates the last time when the entity was updated with the latest results.
Indicates the values of the red and yellow thresholds according to which the severity calculation was done.
Indicates if the severity is calculated according to a deviation or measurement value set in CA Business Service Insight.
Indicates from what level the threshold values were taken (widget, metric, domain category or system default).
For metrics only. Indicates if the target is dynamic or displays the value from CA Business Service Insight.
Indicates the value when the Average roll-up method is selected.
Gives a description (and values if applicable) of the reason for the severity of a specific color
Note: When analyzing a contract or when a contract is part of the structure shown in the analysis, only the effective structure of the contract is shown.
