Reports Overview

CA Business Service Insight provides several tools, such as reports and dashboard, for viewing and analyzing service levels and commitments. Reporting tools generate results based upon the data collected by the measurement tools and adapters used by the system, according to criteria that you define. CA Business Service Insight reporting tools enable you to view and analyze the deviation from the obligations and the resulting penalties, incentives and bonuses and to view the service level provided to Contract Parties.

CA Business Service Insight enables creating various types of reports (simple report, compound, free-form, report-group and booklet) and can view, modify, send and schedule existing reports to run at specified times and can organize them into folders including your personal folder, 'My Folder'. Shortcuts to reports can also be created. Report information is displayed in a tabbed format, allowing you to view the numerical data separately from the chart. In addition, you can select the users and user groups who have access to these reports.

Web Services: Web Services provides quick and smooth integration with user experience portals, Financial Management systems, CRM tools, and other external systems. CA Business Service Insight's web services supports SOA standards.
Web Parts: CA Business Service Insight provides a set of Web Part components such as: Static and Dynamic reports, Report lists and folders. With the new capability, users can easily drag-and-drop reports in their portal, customize reports layout and visibility and collaborate data between other users.
