You can add a new language to the Language Editor. A new language can be a foreign language for translations or a localization language for changing specific terminology.
The Language Editor is divided into sections according to CA Business Service Insight menu items (Contracts, Adapters, Alerts, etc.). Each section contains all the keywords supported by the system that can be translated that are relevant to the specific section. These keywords are the resource keys.
Select the language to modify from the list of available languages on the upper right side of the page.
Or, to test new terminology, create a language for use in specific instances by modifying specific terms; save the terms separately.
Using the resource keys, you can change the term that appears in CA Business Service Insight per language or localization.
