Complete the following actions before you start to synchronize.
Ensure that Source and Local Web servers have HTTP access.
Navigate to the Web server that imports content and manually start the service: "Oblicore-Oblisync on JBoss Application server" service on that server.
On the Web server that imports content, start the following service:
Oblicore – Oblisync on JBOSS Application Server
Open the Contents Transfer Environments page. Verify and if necessary, update the credentials of the LOCALHOST environment with a user that has full permissions to create all entities.
Create a source environment that contains a user who has full permissions to read all entities.
Verify that these time zone settings for the user are the same on the source and target servers before you start a transfer:
