Duplicate an Incentive Metric

Existing incentive metrics can be duplicated in the same contract. This is useful when you want to create an Incentive metric that requires only slight modifications from an existing incentive metric.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Contracts page, select the contract whose metric is to be duplicated and click.

   The Contract Details-All Metrics page opens.

2. Click next to the incentive metric to be duplicated and select Duplicate.

   The Metric Details page opens.

3. In Name, enter a new name for the incentive metric.
4. Modify the fields and tabs as required. For more information, see Modifying a metric.
5. Click Save.

   The new incentive metric is added to the contract.

   Note: An Incentive metric can be duplicated from any page in which it can be viewed by right-clicking on the incentive metric and selecting Duplicate.

CA Business Service Insight enables duplicating the incentive metric and converting it to a Price Item metric. Right-click on the desired incentive metric and select Duplicate and convert->Price Item.
