Tip: You can select the date and time from the calendar and clock by clicking
.
- Click Search. The search results are displayed below the search area.
Each search result includes the following information:
- User ID: The user and the organization to which the user belongs.
- Login time: The date and time of the login.
- Logout time: The date and time of the logout. (No time available indicates either that the user was still logged into CA Business Service Insight at the time of the search, or that the user did not exit cleanly from the system. In such cases, the session is terminated automatically after a predefined number of seconds.)
- Session time: The amount of time the user was logged into CA Business Service Insight. (Calculated only after logout).
- IP Address: The IP address of the user.
- IIS Session: The session number related to the login, used by Microsoft Internet Information Server.
