Deleting Search Results

Search results are deleted from the System Log page.

To delete search results:

  1. In the System Log page, Action, select delete results.
  2. Run a search of the log, as described in Searching the Log. The search results are automatically deleted from the log.

    Note: Old log entries are deleted automatically according to the deletion policy set by CA Business Service Insight during the implementation process. You can manually change the deletion period by overriding the system parameters. For more information, see Advanced.
