View a Timeslot Template

Details of timeslot templates can be viewed by selecting from the list displayed in the Timeslot Templates page. By default, the Timeslot Templates page displays the entries in alphabetical order. The type of Timeslot is displayed in parentheses after the timeslot name.

To view a weekly or yearly timeslot template

1. In the Timeslot Templates page, click next to the timeslot you want to view or the timeslot name.

2. Select a segment in the hour grid to see how many minutes are defined in the timeslot.

   Included segments display in blue.

3. Click Done to return to the Timeslot Templates page.

To view a compound timeslot template:

1. In the Timeslot Templates page, click next to the compound timeslot you want to view or the timeslot name.

   A read-only Compound Timeslot Template page opens.

2. From the Graphic view for year drop-down list, select a year and then click Generate

   A grid of the compound timeslot for that year displays.

3. Select a segment in the date grid to see how many hours are defined for that day in the timeslot. Select a segment in the hour grid to see how many minutes are defined for that hour in the timeslot.

   Included segments display in blue.

4. Click Done.

   The Compound Timeslot Template page opens.
