Searching for a Report
You can filter your search for a report. You can search for a report by name or by type. In addition, you can select a letter of the alphabet to retrieve a list of reports beginning with that letter.
When a search results in both reports and folders, the reports are listed first unless the My Reports folder is listed in the results. The My Reports folder is always listed first.
To search for a report, folder or a list of reports
- From the Main Menu, click Reports.
The Reports Folder page opens.
- In Name enter the name or part of the name of the report.
- In Type, select the types of reports you want to search for.
- In Scheduling, select the scheduling condition filter to include in the search from the drop-down list. If no option is selected, the scheduling filter is not used in the search.
- In Look in, select the location in which to look for the report from the drop-down list.
- Click Search.
The search results display.
- Click
to restore the previous search criteria.
