Editing Report Folder Properties
All folders, excluding Root Folder and My Folder, can be edited.
To edit a folder
- In the Reports Folder page, click
and select the folder you want to edit.
- Click Edit Folder.
The Report Folder Properties page opens.
- Modify the folder's properties.
- In Name, enter the name of the folder.
- In Description, enter a description of the folder.
- In Owner, select the owner of the folder from the drop-down list.
To apply the new owner to all the reports under this folder, select the On save, apply owner to all items in the folder check box.
- In Permitted users, select the user who is permitted to view the contents of the folder from the Available list and click , or double-click the user. The user moves to the Included list.
- In Folder content, view the list of items that are located in this folder.
- Click Save.
The folder is updated.
