Editing Report Folder Properties

All folders, excluding Root Folder and My Folder, can be edited.

To edit a folder

  1. In the Reports Folder page, click Show Folder List icon and select the folder you want to edit.
  2. Click Edit Folder.

    The Report Folder Properties page opens.

  3. Modify the folder's properties.
    1. In Name, enter the name of the folder.
    2. In Description, enter a description of the folder.
    3. In Owner, select the owner of the folder from the drop-down list.

    To apply the new owner to all the reports under this folder, select the On save, apply owner to all items in the folder check box.

    1. In Permitted users, select the user who is permitted to view the contents of the folder from the Available list and click , or double-click the user. The user moves to the Included list.
    2. In Folder content, view the list of items that are located in this folder.
  4. Click Save.

    The folder is updated.
