View Contract Party Details

Details of contract parties defined in the system can be viewed by selecting from the list displayed in the Contract Parties page.

By default, the Contract Parties page displays the entries in alphabetical order. You can change the display either by running a search or by clicking a letter to display that part of the list.

When using the view function, contract party details are read-only.

Follow these steps:

  1. In the Contract Parties page, perform a search to display the required contract party in the search results area.
  2. Click View details button or the contract party name.

    A read-only Contract Party Details page opens.

  3. Click Done to return to the Contract Parties page.
