Search for a Contract Party

By default, the Contract Parties page displays an alphabetical list of all defined contract parties in the system. The type of contract party is also displayed in the search results grid. To shorten the list of contract parties, use the search procedure defined in this section.

You can use wildcards or select a letter in the alphabet to shorten your search.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Contract Parties page, select a search option, either Name or Description.
2. Enter your search criteria and click Search.

   The results display in the search results grid.
