Add Attachments from the Repository

Adding an attachment from the repository enables the user to utilize the predefined templates created by the administrator.

Follow these steps:

  1. In the Attachments tab, click Add New and choose Select from Document Repository.

    The Attachment Details page opens.

  2. In Document Repository Name, click Select Document button.

    The Select from document Repository page opens.

    Note: The documents displayed in this page are all the documents from the repository that are not defined as a specific entity and that have not been selected before in the current contract.

  3. Select a document and click OK.

    The Attachment Details page opens showing the details of the selected document.

  4. In Name, type a new name for the attachment if desired.
  5. In Description, type a description of the attachment.
  6. In Category, type a new category for the attachment if desired.
